Hosting the 2021 EUHOFA congress and garhering the best university schools in the world in Hospitality Management and Galicia celebrating the Holy Year of “El Camino”, an icon of our hospitality , seems appropriate naming the congress «Galicia The Best Way».

The Academic Program
The accelerated development of new information and communication technologies today make up a new technosocial environment with clear implications in all aspects of life and particularly in the educational institutions and in the workplace. New methodological opportunities are emerging, new educational settings/scenes, new contexts for collaboration and new professional competencies which are necessary to address.
More than ever we need to not only determine the professional competencies which need to be developed, but also to adapt and focus our efforts, taking advantage of the opportunities which are available. The culture and values of the young people that are entering higher education, the transformation and flexibility of the educational environments, the introduction and combination of the innovative methodologies and emerging technologies and the necessary coordination with the corporate world will be some of our tools to adapt ourselves and continue meeting the expectations of the business sector.
